Corrective and Performance-Based Flexibility Exercises
I'll help you improve limited mobility by prescribing a feasible flexibility routine to complete before or after your workouts. Specific flexibility exercises that will address and improve limited range of motion to free up your body to move the way it was intended. You will discover marked reduction in chronic pains, post exercise fatigue and postural dysfunction.
Cardio Conditioning Workouts
1-3 Prescribed cardio sessions to complete every week based on physical fitness level, activity interest and equipment access. These workouts change each month to fight plateaus from adaptation, improve conditioning by increasing the difficulty, and will provide impressive results over time.

Our pain management session is aimed to address the specific pain area and improve muscles mobility. Using a combination of clinical Deep Tissue Sports massage techniques, our therapists will focus and work on the problem area to release the tension and inflammation in the muscles, to soften and elongate the muscles so as to effectively relieve and reduce the pain/inflammation. We will achieve great and immediate results.
Cupping is one of civilization's oldest and most globally recognized treatments for relieving pain and inflammation while also increasing mobility. Traditional Chinese medicine utilizes cupping techniques to relieve stagnation and restore the flow of Qi - the energy that moves throughout and around our beings.
Cupping incorporates decompression by pulling skin, tissues and muscle upwards into a vacuum cup. The space created by the suction increases circulation and allows fresh, oxygenated blood to rush into the area while stagnant waste matter and toxins are transported out, effectively restoring balance.
The treatment is very relaxing and for most people completely pain free. At the onset, a sensation of tightness or pulling can be felt in the area of each cup. Placement of cups may vary from session to session based on the body's needs. Cups are either to be left in one place for a short period of time or gently moved around depending upon the issue to be resolved.
